Reykjavik Culture Night “must be the biggest party in the world”

Over 100,000 people showed up for the annual Reykjavik Culture Night yesterday – a new record which is close to being one third of the Icelandic nation celebrating the colourful event. The highlight was at 23.00 with the closing fireworks show and as with last year this year’s show did not disappoint anyone watching.
The celebration went on until early morning with several minor incidents reported by the Reykjavik Police.
