A man found murdered in his own home over the weekend was today announced by police as business man Hannes Thor Helgason. According to mbl.is, he was found dead in his Hafnarfjordur home yesterday after being fatally stabbed with a sharp weapon.
Helgason, the CEO of Góa, a confectionary manufacturer in Iceland, was 37 years old and lived alone. The incident is currently under police investigation; several people are being interrogated; however, no arrests have been made.
