With tonight’s first Eurovision semifinal over and all 17 songs performed, the judging panels and public telephone voters have had their say.
Only ten of the 17 songs from tonight go through to Saturday’s grand final and Finland and Iceland were the only Nordic countries performing. Denmark and Sweden are in the second semi final on Thursday and Norway qualifies automatically as last year’s winner and this year’s host.
Tonight, Europe voted to send Iceland onward to Saturday evening. But the Finnish team are unfortunately on their way home. The ten advancing countries are announced in random order and this is only the third time Iceland has advanced to the final – and the second time it was the last country out of the winners’ hat.

Hmm, “Je Ne Sais Quoi” – I don’t know, this doesn’t sound English to me…
Most of them doesn’t mean all of them ;) and 99% of the song is in english if you listen to it :D
Moldova the Best !!! Iceland no chance … Sorry …
“most of them sing in english”

This show lost is interest since everybody can sing in the language they want, and as a result most of them sing in english.
I’m surprise to see that the media still interesting into this cause in here (France) long time we didn’t give a s*** anymore to this and don’t care about who we send and how we rank.
WONDERFUL ICELAND: THE BEST!
Good Belgium, Belarus.
Fantastic Norway, UK.
By the way, Manta out? And, Greece and Serbia in?
Iceland could be the winner: Congratulations!
