The 2008 Reykjavik Internet Marketing Conference & Expo brought together more than 300 online experts, marketing managers and other interested parties along with a crop of world class speakers and workshop managers. Attendees’ online evaluation rated the event very highly.
Reykjavik Internet Marketing Conference 2009 will be held on the 20th March and is even bigger than the last, with big names lined up from organisations including Google, Microsoft, IBM and Nordic eMarketing.
A special session on search engines will include Adam Lasnik, Google Search Evangelist.
Microsoft’s Mel Carson, Rand Fiskin, CEO of SEOmoz and Eugene Lomize from Yandex also feature in the Search Engines session. The session will be moderated by Hjalmar Gislason from Iceland Telecom.
The other six topics are: Social Marketing and Internet Technology, Youth Marketing Online, Site Usability and Accessibility, Online Reputation and PR, Case Studies and Success Stories and an interesting look at Websites Do’s and Dont’s.
Shari Thurow from Omni Marketing and Receptional’s Dixon Jones will also offer a stimulating workshop session along with Anne Kennedy, a Managing Partner at Beyond Ink.
