Wikileaks founder and spokesman Julian Assange said that the site will be revealing some fifteen thousand more documents in addition to the documents they published about the war in Afghanistan last month. “We are about half way through reading them” said Assange in a CNN interview. Dick Cheney’s daughter, Liz Cheney wants the government of Iceland to stop its Wikileaks support. Iceland passed its “law on press freedom and protection” in June. These laws are thought to be the world’s strongest dealing with press and whistle-blower protection. Read the full story
