Bergen’s traditional Christmas decoration – a gingerbread village – has been crushed, literally, by vandals who covered the crumbled ruins with paint and foam from a fire extinguisher. Read the full story

Red paint was last night splattered on the houses of Hreidar Mar Sigurdsson, former head of Kaupthing Bank and Karl Wernersson, Head of the Board at Milestone, mbl.is reports. It is not know what sort of paint was used, but it appears to have been gloss paint. Read the full story

A city centre ‘party’ involving Copenhagen’s Hyskenstraede, a side street of the pedestrian street Stroget, turned insane as hundreds of people sporadically started vandalising the entire area. Up to 400 vandals destroyed property while police stood by and let it happen. Read the full story
