Having survived its recent court case for copyright infringement, Sweden’s popular file sharing website, The Pirate Bay, is now considering going legitimate. The website has new owners, Global Gaming Factory (GGF), who have stated it is looking at a new business model that would request users of the site to pay a monthly fee to download content. According to Reykjavik police, officers got hold of 621 cannabis plants when they raided an industrial building in Kjalarnes on Wednesday evening. In addition to the plants, police also confiscated 4.8 kg of marijuana and 5 kg of cannabis leaves. There were 30 sun lamps in operation. Read the full story
