Liv Tyler explores Iceland volcano and meets with Yoko Ono

The American actress Liv Tyler, star of Lord of The Rings and Armageddon,  earlier this week visited Iceland and ventured out into the wilderness to explore Thrihnukagigur, a dormant volcano with an empty magma chamber, close to Blafjoll.

According to Frettabladid, Tyler was joined by her boyfriend, photographer Theo Wenner, and two other friends who flew by helicopter to see the wonder of nature.

Tyler and her entourage decended to the bottom of the magma chamber which takes around 12 minutes via the lift that has been installed at the crater.

In addition, Tyler was also spotted at a nightclub in downtown Reykjavik alongside Sean Parker, the founder of Napster, Sean Lennon, and also his mother, Yoko Ono, who is currently in Iceland for the lighting of the Imagine Peace Tower on Videy Island.
