Congratulationss to the people of Reykjavik for showing us all what should become of political parties who first seek to bankrupt a nation to line their own pockets, and then pose as reformists whilst trying to use parliament to enslave the population afterwards!

Chuck them all - the so-called lefts, rights and greens - into the icy sea (as we in Britain should too), I hope the Best Party now honours its pledge and gets you a new polar bear for the zoo as soon as possible.

(Oh and by the way any moral high-ground Britain could possibly have claimed over the Icesave debacle must surely have gone for good now after that dire entry we insulted Europe with in Eurovision).
