A Danish man has local authorities near the town of Kokkedal bemused and somewhat amused after reports that an apparent fetishist has been approaching a number of females in the area and asking them if they wouldn’t mind breaking wind on him.

The local area pervert has left many residents and police in north Zealand in shock at the nature of his request, which has usually been aimed at female joggers. None so far are believed to have acquiesced to the proposition.

On January 10th the first reported incident took place near Kokkedal Castle where the man surprised a female jogger on a path with the unusual query. A similar proposal was made outside a local shopping centre on the 11th of February.

Both of the targeted women were shocked enough to contact police officials to inform them of the disgusting situation. They described the man as being around 180cm tall, between 20 and 30 years of age and of Danish origin. He was reported to have been wearing white trainers with black jeans and a black jacket.

The Copenhagen Post reports that a respected sexologist, Karen Sveistrup, has reasoned that the man obtains some form of sexual stimulation from the surprise element of his actions. Flatulophilia is the scientific term for flatulence obsession, usually by males towards females, but the man has also exhibited signs of Eproctophilia, or arousal from flatulence.

North Zealand Police have appealed for anyone who has experienced a similar incident to contact them with the details.
