		<description>Why is it always the Bahamas? Whenever I read about tax fraud it&#039;s stretching out to the Bahamas. Maybe there&#039;s just a more relaxed financial situation over there or something and people feel they can get away with more out there.</description>

		<description>Tax competition is a healthy thing.

Of course if you do not want to pay taxes your local country, then move counties.

Tax evasion is illegal. But tax avoidance is not.

I feel sorry for US Americans because they gave to file and pay taxes even if they have never lived in US, or have not lived there for years.

If you are from the US you are the property of US Federal government until you revoke you citizen ship.</description>
