Icelander murdered in Denmark, suspect also Icelandic

copenhagenA 42 year-old Icelandic man was murdered in Copenhagen this weekend. Police have arrested another Icelandic man as their chief suspect.

It seems the men had been in the flat where the murder took place, drinking and taking drugs together, RUV reports. Danish police believe the men got into a fight that ended with one of them stabbing the other to death.

The two Icelanders are believed to have been friends and witnesses report seeing them enter the building together in good spirits before the murder took place. The dead man was found by police and had been stabbed in the neck with a pocket knife.

Copenhagen police chief, Paul Hansen told media that the man they arrested was also the person who first called in the murder.

The arrested man, 47, was already known to police and at the time of arrest he told officers he was under the influence of alcohol and other drugs.

This is a very sad news to hear but a thorough investigation has to be conducted to established motives while considering the aggravating and mitigating circumstances to clarify matters.
Eventually a case has to be file for the criminal violation.

My God! is this the image Icelanders are spreading to the world about themselves? Bank MAFIA, CORRUPTED politicians, DRUG dealers, and KILLERS??

Funny to see how they have always looked down at foreigners, specially eastern europeans… doing it openly in the icelandic media, “a foreigner did this, a foreigner did that…” But if you only knew how many icelanders are in European, american jails for DRUG DEALING… IT IS AN OVERHELMING number for such a small nation to produce so many criminals… and then go calling themselves A NORDIC ORGANIZED COUNTRY, when the country is a bay of PIRATES!!

I don’t see how this news story justifies the irrational slurs against Icelanders leveled by “Sir Euro Is Back,” nor do I understand why IceNews allows people writing such nonsense to hide behind pseudonyms. Every nation has both its scoundrels and its virtuous souls, while most people fall somewhere in between. I find overgeneralized statements about this or that nationality to be tiresome and wide of the mark!

It seems that Sir Euro is too judgemental without being fair. Proper knowledge is also necessary to be able to determind facts. Irrational behavior does not conform to the social and legal conduct of the International community or even the place where you live. Do wake up with eyes wide open and think a little.

Every time this so-called SIR EURO writes a comment, it is more like a sick ignorant person vomiting on his own bed. If you dislike Iceland and Icelanders so much, you are welcome to leave the ‘pirate bay’ and go back to whatever eastern European heaven you come from. But for god’s sake stop writing childish comments without any jest. And don’t forget you are ****ting on the same plate you are eating on. May god bless you!
