As an American citizen, I’m appalled to learn our country is criminally charing a person with unlawfully being inside the United States when our own criminal justice system compelled her extradition to the USA. I suppose the sole motivation for the charge is to permanently bar this Danish citizen from reentry into the USA. Seriously, would she ever voluntarily return to the USA after this nightmare? What a waste of time and money.
