A man in Finland today shot three men and one woman dead in a shooting spree at a shopping centre in the southern city of Espoo.
The shooter, Ibrahim Schkupolli, was himself later found dead by police; as well as his ex-girlfriend who worked at the shopping centre and was found shot dead in her flat. The total death toll including the shooter, was therefore six.
Witnesses say the shootings appeared random; but all the victims, aged 27, 40, 42 and 45, were employees at the shopping centre, the BBC reports.
This is Finland’s third major shooting incident in two years.
The murderer, a refugee from Kosovo, had earlier during the day killed his former Finnish wife (who had a job at Sello mall), and then went to the mall to murder her colleagues. They had previously kicked him out of the building, because he had a restraining order from police; not to go near his ex-wife.
The true question – which the media in Finland doesn’t want to ask – is why wasn’t mr. Shkupolli expelled from the country? He had committed several crimes before, e.g. had an illegal gun. The law would have allowed to expel him from Finland. Unfortunately Finnish authorities are very, very lax in enforcing the laws when it comes to foreigners, especially so-called refugees and asylum seekers.
It seems to me Scandinavian have a very limited way of dealing with problems. Every crimes is more or less related to foreigners. Preferably Muslim or Arabs, that’s quite popular.

I guess it has something to do with their culture and the way they were brought up. I’ve heard that in some muslim countries, they even train people for combat even if they’re still young.
But going back to this issue, it’s really sad that innocent people were involved in that incident.

It comes down to gun control. Why we have lunatics in society roaming the streets with guns is beyond me. Eraticate the gunand you asid rm the lunatic!
