If the authorities refuse to punish the culpable, then the citizins will punish them instead. The guy who demolished his house and buried his car was just the beginning. The social contract between state and citizens is starting to break down. Vive la revolution!

I have hesitated to post this but…
I’m just wondering who will be the first in the list of dead crooks. This will happened sooner or later :-( Unless authorities protect them by locking up in cells :-)

the police will spend more time investigating this then the actual crimes committed that caused people to do this.

“The social contract between state and citizens is starting to break down”.

-And businessmen has led the way..

Hopefully, it won’t just be the figure-head puppets receiving some curb-side justice. Research the banks, and determine who was *really* running them, before deciding on an appropriate course of action.

Politicians led the way. There have always been crooks in business. It is only with banking that taxpayers are forced to cover the victims’ losses. If a huge dry cleaning chain sold off all of its customers’ clothing, taxpayers would not have to pay for the missing clothes. The state covers banking losses because politicians personally benefit from banking jobs after leaving office and from donations from banks while in office. Modern banking is a scam, a fraud, that is inflicted on the population by the banks and politicians – partners in crime! Throw red paint on the homes of the former politicians who “nationalized” or bailed out the crooks.

In a free market, there would be many products or goods used as money (a medium of exchange) not only government-issued paper tickets. Don’t blame the free market for Iceland’s troubles. Blame the government-controlled market that allowed bank fraud.
