Iceland. Apart from being a poor country is perhaps the most homogeneous, isolated place I’ve ever visited. The idea of these clueless Icelanders protesting concerning the middle east is both amusing and sort of sad too.

I would suggest more energy put into basic education — economics for starters.

Nice try Gus. Unfortunately, God (whichever of the 3 that we’re referring to in this case) seems to be pretty clear on the “believe in me or be damned” point. (I’m happy to be corrected on this though).

I’m sure that you, as presumably someone who hasn’t lived in fear like a Gazan has (and I’m not talking about the past few weeks), can see where this sort of statement can easily take you.

If your mother and father were muslims, just because of where they were born and not because of what they’d come to believe, then you would be a muslim. And then you’d be less into this peace and love stuff, especially if you lived in Gaza :) .

I KNOW THERE IS A LOT OF HATE IN THOSE PEOPLES HEARTS, AND ALSO A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AS THEY ARE TOTALLY MANIPULATED BY MUSLIM RELIGIOUS AUTHORITIES TO HATE AND NOT TO LOVE.

IF WE LIVE IN FEAR, HATE AND IGNORANCE THEN IS EVIL RULING OUR LIFES, NOT GOD. WE ARE FREE TO CHOOSE.

PEOPLE SHOULD BE EDUCATED IN LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING, WHATEVER THEIR RELIGION OR BELIEVES ARE.

SO I SAY THAT WE ARE ALL BROTHERS ALL CREATURES OF GOD. HE LOVES US ALL THE SAME, WHEREVER WE ARE INDIANS IN THE AMAZON, EXECUTIVES IN JAPAN, HOUSEWIFES IN NORWAY OR CHILDREN IN PALESTINA.

WE ALSO NEED TO LEARN TO FORGIVE AND WE NEED TO BUILD PEACE.

LETS GOD PUT KNOWLEDGE AND LIGHT IN OUR HEARTS TO DO OUR BEST.
