THAT IS WHY THE MEAT TASTES SO GOOD HERE. I LOVE LAMBALÆRI A LOT WITH POTATOES AND THE BROWN SAUCE. WE COULD OPEN A VIKING BURGER. ALSO WITH HAMBURGERS OF LAMB AND REINDEER MEAT THAT WOULD BE SO GREAT AND DELICIOUS... I HAVE TO TELL THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THAT ARE BETTER IN ICELAND THAN ABROAD. IS LIKE THE WINE. YOU CAN FIND GOOD WINE IN FRANCE AND SPAIN ETC... BUT THE BEST LAMB MEAT AND SALMON, AT LEAST IN EUROPE, THAT I HAVE TRIED ARE THE ICELANDIC.
