Iceland hosts Nordic bodybuilding competition

Thor Hardarson from IcelandReykjavik, Iceland played host to the 2008 Nordic Bodybuilding Championships on Sunday.

A large number of body sculptors from Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Norway and Sweden competed in the competition, and with winners announced in 12 categories, it was a busy day.

The one overall competition winner was announced as Kim Torgensen from Norway.

  1. I know that some people feel that if you use any supplements at all you aren’t being all natural, but I disagree. If you’re just using basic supplements like whey, creatine, and glutamine, I don’t see this is a problem. I respect the guys who build their bodies naturally, it seems like more of an accomplishment

    I totally agree with Sean.
    The only supplements I use are whey and nitric oxide which both are pretty healthy!
