		<description>This will be the third electric car factory in N. Best known is Think which seems to get an economical solutions. They also had a plan to start up in Portugal - perhaps Sweeden wil be involved. Second is Buddy and then the new Indica. Design and function will be important. The project on Think Ox looks OK
