eTactica at EMEX 2016 – The Energy Management Exhibition

etactica logoIcelandic start-up eTactica will be among the innovating companies attending and participating in EMEX 2016, the energy management exhibition in London this week, running for two days, 16 -17 November. eTactica will introduce their new Starter Kit at the exhibition and welcomes guests to stop by at their stand (B74) for a potential free copy of the Starter Kit. eTactica maintains that the Starter Kit includes everything that might be needed for monitoring electricity usage within most any industry. In addition to free access to the eTactica software, the Starter Kit includes a variety of monitoring devices along with a complete documentation and installation manual.

The eTactica solution

Ten years ago, eTactica’s founder Hilmir Ingi Jónsson set out to solve the challenge of monitoring electrical systems in order to improve efficiency and safe energy in the process as well as prevent failures. This challenge ultimately led to the development of the eTactica solution. At the time the available technology did not give the required granularity. This inspired the branch level monitoring, which is the cornerstone of their solution. By adding other metering devices, as well as the Gateway and cutting edge software, the eTactica solution has been developed into a comprehensive system that has since been installed at a variety of locations, including retail stores, airports, food productions and restaurants.

Tightening environmental regulations, the increased corporate social responsibility and the need for increased energy efficiency are topics that are increasingly relevant businesses today. eTactica’s innovative products have the flexibility to meet the demands of every sector.

EMEX is an annual event that takes place at ExCeL, in London every November. The event is organised by HEELEC Limited and offers exclusive content in free educational seminar theaters including case studies, research, expert presentations and a first look at important legislative changes.
